• egg yolks
• milk

• mascarpone

Steps

1. Heat the milk
2. Place the yolks in a saucepan, add the sugar and mix
3. Pour the hot milk over the egg yolks, continuing to mix
4. Cook the mixture and, then, transfer it to a bowl
5. Add mascarpone to the cream and mix it
6. Form two layers of ladyfingers (soaked in coffee) and cream
